The receiver should use the entire value of the Gift Card within the Gift Card’s validity period (validity period can be checked on the terms & conditions of the Gift Card).
Upon the Expiry Date, the Gift Card will become invalid for use, and all amounts remaining on the Gift Card will be deducted.
HappyYOU Card:
- Download the YouGotaGift app,
- Register your email address,
- Visit the Gift wallet in the mobile app,
- Click on “Spend the e-gift card” to select the brand and create a gift.
- Alternatively, you can print out the eGift Card and take it to the store or mall.
Mall eGift Cards:
Show the barcode on the eGift Card to the mall information/customer service desk from your smartphone. Alternatively, you can print out the eGift Card and take it to the mall information/customer service desk.
Other store-specific eGift Cards:
Show the barcode on the eGift Card to the cashier from your smartphone. Alternatively, you can print out the eGift Card and take it to the store for selected stores.
YouGotaGift Happy Card: Redeemable at all of our listed brands.
Mall eGift Card: Please refer to the ‘Redemption Details’ section located on your eGift Card.
Other store-specific eGift Cards: Please refer to the ‘Store Locations’ section located on your eGift Card.

No. You can only redeem it against merchandise or services from the brand(s) listed on the eGift Card.
